Ultra-Premium Popsicles from Fort Worth with Love
It all started in the summer of 2022. On a whim we bought a popsicle mold and borrowed Paletas by Fany Gerson from the library. Several hundred popsicles later we had drastically improved our popsicles until they were amazing, and there was a general outcry from our friends for more amazing popsicles. We fell in love with popsicles. We loved making them amazing, and we loved how much fun everyone had eating amazing popsicles.
We self-describe our popsicles as “ultra-premium” to people who have never had one of our popsicles. Our intention is to simply try to convey how we honestly feel about eating our own popsicles. Other people have used phrases like, “way better than [competitor who shall not be named],” “floor-licking good,” (yes, there’s a story behind that testimony), and “you’ve ruined me for other popsicles.”
But our favorite testimonies are not words at all, but when someone has an Agape Pop for the first time… and then immediately goes for a second one only to have to then mingle while holding two popsicles. We get it. We love popsicles, too!
Flavors
Mango Habanero

Our super-intense mango, now with a whole bag of habaneros added. This popsicle is all business. (Actually, I'd peg it at about a 3 alarm, which is just downright fun).
Candy Corn
Limited Time - Pumpkin Chai layered between Buttermilk and Cajeta. So popular, fans have already started demanding it become a permanent flavor (sorry).
Boba Tea
Who knows how real the butterfly effect is, but this popsicle will definitely bring your day to new heights. Our dark roast oolong and butterfly pea-flower tea mix creates a classic, creamy milk tea, complimented by chewy mochi boba.

A s'more done right is really over the top. And this popsicle delivers just that: over the top toasted marshmallow, Pamela's gluten-free graham crackers, and our Nutella popsicle.
Bananas Foster
Our rendition of this iconic dessert. We've done everything short of lighting it on fire when we serve it to you (and we may have even done that from time to time).
Strawberry

Steeped overnight and no added water equals strawberriest popsicle ever!
Nutella
It was surprisingly difficult to balance fudgy Nutella with a refreshing popsicle, but we think we managed it. See if you agree.
Key Lime Pie
Let’s face it, key lime pie was meant to be a popsicle. Paired with the richest graham cracker we know of, Pamela’s gluten-free.
Vietnamese Double Shot
After visiting our moka pot mentor in Paris, we ratcheted up this bad boy to 90 mg caffeine. It's now a legit double shot!
Orange Cream
Intensely orange and intensely creamy. It took all our other techniques combined to deliver this flavor.
Arroz con Leche
Based off the beloved traditional pudding, we’re paying respects with a paleta like a sticky cinnamon-y Rice Krispie frozen into pure happiness.
Mango

Really mango-y. We just kept ratcheting up the mango intensity until we broke the mangometer.
Matcha Latte
So much matcha. One lick and your mind will be transported to a moss-covered boulder by a stream in the woods doing one of those yoga poses you wish you could do but can't.
Blackberry Thyme
Leveled-up our favorite Buttermilk recipe with homemade blackberry filling steeped with thyme.
Cajeta
Another surprisingly difficult flavor combo to balance, the richness of caramel with the tang of goat milk. Challenge. Accepted.
Grapefruit

Possibly our densest popsicle, this one is so bursting at the seams with flavor that it’s still a little tacky to the touch at -20F. Oy!
Buttermilk
Sweet yet refreshing! Those words are normally antonyms, yielding a flavor that really grips your attention.
Lime Avocado

As the new name would imply, we've revamped this pop so that the lime puckers right alongside that avocado creaminess. Simply tantalizing.
